RECENTLY WHILE ON A BUSINESS TRIP TO CHICAGO AND WORKING IN THE VICINITY OF THE McCORMICK CONVENTION CENTER, I WAS TICKETED BY TWO POLICE OFFICERS. ONE TICKET FOR NOT WEARING MY SEAT BELT AND THE OTHER FOR HOLDING MY MOBILE DEVICE. I ASKED THE OFFICERS FOR A MAIL IN ENVELOPE SO I COULD SEND IN THE FINES FOR THESE TWO MINOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS.
